Sam has become my little helper in the kitchen. ( We even have matching aprons) This is her first time making chocolate chip cookies; of course she loved licking the mixer afterwards and enjoyed informing me that I had made a mess when I spilt a little flour on the floor. LOL
On one of the few actual hot days we've had so far, we went outside so Samantha could try out her new swimsuit while washing her little lawn chair. She loves to play in the water, as most kids do. She also helped to water all the flowers, the grass, the sidewalk; good thing it was secondary water, right?

Aunt Alisha sent us these awesome dress up shoes. They even light up! Samantha loves them and asked me today if she could wear them to church....I had to say no to that one - but did let her wear the tights she wanted even though in true Samantha fashion, they didn't match .
Another first for Samantha this spring - helping Mom wash the car. As you can see, she is soaking wet but loving every minute of it.
I just had to take a picture of the little muddy handprint that helped me clean the car. I know, I'm a little cheesy & sentimental, but I want to remember these moments as they
go by so fast.
