Sam's Playhouse

Sam got a playhouse for her birthday last month from G&G Titus. It has been sitting in our garage for the last month or so waiting for the snow to melt. Last weekend G. Ron & Dad were outside building her playhouse. She is so excited.
The first day of spring was today, and beautiful. Sam & I ate lunch in her playhouse, chased bubbles and ran around in the lawn. Its sooooo nice to have a yard to play in!

Mom, we need a birdhouse

One night out of the blue Samantha said to me "Mom, we need a house for the birds." Maybe she saw one in a neighbors tree or something, I don't know. So I bought one for her to paint and we had a blast. She was very articulate and so cute at how hard so was concentrating on making this bird house. She kept saying "the birds are gonna love it!"

"R" is for Matey

So tonight I was working with Sam on her letters with flashcards. The normal "S is for sun and Sam and silly"; D is for dog and daddy and dancing; R is for rabbit "and matey" said Sam. We laughed and laughed! If you're a pirate, Arrgh is for Matey!
